MPL can fulfill your contract
manufacturing needs for many different dosage forms including: liquids,
tablets, creams, lotions, gels, foams, powders, pastes, and ointments.

turn your dream into reality from laboratory concept through scale-up, process development and production. All functions of development
are conducted within a formal Product Development Process which may
be used to support future validation and production scale-up. The
Regulatory Affairs, QA and QC departments are an integral part of
this process and assist in evaluating regulatory issues throughout
the entire process.
We are an FDA registered, cGMP compliant facility specializing
in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Nutraceuticals, Dietary Supplements,
and Pet Care Grooming Aid Products. 

Testing
In-House Testing Capabilities include; HPLC, IR Spectrophotometer,
UV Spectrophotometer, GC, Viscosity, Wet Chemistry, Specific Ion
Electrode, and pH.
MPL maintains the following stability indicating
storage facilities:
15 degrees C +/- 2 degrees C / ambient RH
25 degrees C +/- 2 degrees C / 60% RH +/- 5% RH
30 degrees C +/- 2 degrees C / 60% RH +/- 5% RH
40 degrees C +/- 2 degrees C / 75% RH +/- 5% RH
All storage conditions are monitored by chart recorders
that are maintained and fully calibrated with NIST traceable instruments (charts
are available for inspection upon request).
Stability protocols are conducted using these storage
conditions as part of our product validation process.
MPL uses only deionized water from a fully validated
water system. The water is validated to consistently meet
USP Purified Water standards. 

Certifications
Certificates of Analysis (C of A) and Material Safety
Data Sheets (MSDS) are available upon request for all production
batches. MSDS sheets are designed to meet
the following standards: ANSI "Standard for Hazardous Industrial
Chemicals - Material Safety Data Sheets - Preparation" (ANSI
Z400.1-2004); Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling
of Chemicals (GHS)
Standard MSDS sheets are available in paper or electronic form
in the following
