 We
specialize in production batches from 1,000 to 10,000,000 units of liquids, tablets, creams,
lotions, gels, foams, powders, pastes, and ointments. We
have many semi-automatic to fully automatic machinery operations
that can fit your needs and budget.
Batch sizes range from 30 gallons
to 3000 gallons depending on your needs. Our fully automatic
high speed liquid filling lines can support bottles from one quarter (1/4) oz
to one (1) gallon, and are also set up to handle foaming materials. The
lines contain bottle unscramblers and sterilizers, lot and expiration
date ink jet coders, cappers, induction sealers, neck banders,
and front/back or round bottle labelers. Various pack-off
options include shrink wrapping, bundlers, case packers, case labelers
and skid packers.
For thicker substances we have piston fillers, peristolic
pumps, auger and gravity fillers that can be set up for numerous
combinations to accommodate your filling needs. Our tube machines
can fill heavy liquids to pastes in tubes 1/4 oz to 8 oz tubes.
We can crimp glaminate tubes and triple fold aluminum tubes as well
as stamp lot number and expiration date on the seal.
Our on-site horizontal form, fill and seal machines
can form PET, PVC, PVDC, HDPE, and Aclar into almost any shape package
you desire. Printing on any lidding material including foil
and metalized polyester can be registered by either our in-line
thermal transfer ribbon or flexographic platen printers. Horizontal
FFS packages may contain liquids, ointments, gels or thick pastes.
The maximum blister area is 6” x 8”.
Other equipment includes
powder blenders, tablet presses and counters. We are capable
of punching tablets from ¼ inch
to 1 inch diameters. |
